Add a Second Person to your account

PLoTs allows members to have one designated person on their account to pick up and drop off items on your behalf.  You will need to ask us in advance to add a second person on your account.

Please note that you as the member are responsible for the item when it is in the care of your designated second person, and the borrowed item should only be used by you.

Please ask your second person to bring some ID with them each time they pick up your items.

To request a second person is added to your account, please contact us or fill in the form below.  PLoTs will email you to confirm they have added your second person to your account, but you can also view your second person details in your account settings.
